What does Cold Pressed mean?

Cold Pressing is the process of extracting nutrient rich juice from fresh produce by using high pressure exerted through a Hydraulic Press or Commercial Juicer.

The term “Cold” press is employed when machines use Hydraulic Press technology and avoid adding heat during the extraction process.
The low-levels of oxidation during the juicing process do not compromise the integrity of the produce.  The result is a juice that is fresh, nutrient dense, rich in color, and full of flavor.

As opposed to a normal “centrifugal” juicer which takes a whole fruit or vegetable and squeezes out the juice. In order to receive any real benefit from this type of juice, you need to drink it within 20 minutes of it being made.

What is the shelf life of Juice Up Saigon Juices, and do they need to remain refrigerated?

Our juices are alive, and are not artificially preserved in any way. Juices are fresh for around 72 hours, please see the tag of all our bottles to enjoy by that day. However, we strongly recommend that you should consume it as soon as possible and always store your juice in the refrigerator.

How fresh is your juice?

Our juices are freshly pressed and bottled, refrigerated containers with little loss of taste, nutrients, or color every morning, to ensure that you are receiving the freshest, finest, and healthiest juice.

Why is juice expensive?

Our produce is sourced from local and international farmers that follow strict, regulated guidelines. Each of juice is produced from 0.5 – 1 kg (250ml) to 1 – 2 kg (500ml) of organic vegetables and standard certificated fruits. Considering raw, qualified and full of nutrient-dense juice you consume to your body, it’s quite inexpensive.

Can my children drink Juice Up Saigon’s juice?

Of course! We’ve designed the taste that kids love the juices too. Ask your health care professional if our fresh, unpasteurized drinks are right for their developing bodies and minds. Keep in mind that children should not be doing our cleanse programs.

Can you tell me about the juice-making process?

We use the hydraulic press which gently and slowly grinds the produce into a fine pulp then applies the tremendous pressure to the pulp extracting every ounce of juice that the fruit or vegetable possibly This little-to-no-heat method results in not only superior flavor but also preserve the enzymes and thus the nutritional value.

Does your juice availability change with the seasons?

Almost all produce is affected by the fluctuation in the weather and climate changes. And some certain fruits and vegetables are only available during specific months and seasons. Every month, we create a juice that is special to the season. Look out for #00 and get it while it lasts!

Why is the Flu Fighter Juice yellow or brown?

Discoloration is completely normal. Sometimes the high level of polyphenols and antioxidants may turn it yellow or brown. This is totally natural and the juice is safe to drink.

Why does this juice look different from when I last purchased it?

Our juices are handcrafted using organic vegetables and standard certificated fruits and some variations may occur as with any agricultural crop based on seasonality, crop conditions and geography, such as:
Settling or Separation does NOT indicate spoilage as long as the juice is less than 72 hours old and refrigerated properly. The only way to prevent separation is through processing and additives. Our juice has no artificial flavors, preservatives, or other ingredients that can prevent the natural settling process, as such a two-tone hue is normal. Be sure to give your juice a good shake before drinking!

How many calories there in each juice?

Our goal is to provide another healthier choice for your daily consumption and help you to become a smart eater and less concerned with the counting calories. However, we do understand that some people are conceded about the daily calories consumed. Please refer to the Product tab and find the nutrition fact for each of juice.

Are your juices safe to drink if I am pregnant or nursing?

As a supplement to your current diet, absolutely! As your primary source of nutrients? No. When you are pregnant or nursing, your body requires many more calories than you normally consume to provide nutrients for both you and your baby. Ultimately, it is best to consult with your healthcare professional about incorporating fresh juice into your diet while pregnant or nursing.


How will I receive my juices?

You will receive your juices via our deliver man or you can pick-up at our store. Remember to transfer your juice and juice beverages to the refrigerator as soon as possible for best quality.

What time will my juices arrive?

Our available delivery windows for Box Set and Cleanse Program are 08.30AM – 10.00AM Monday – Saturday. For on-demand order, delivery time is available from 08.30AM – 12.00PM.

Why don’t you use glass bottles?

Plastic is a more environmentally sound choice than. We use PET #1 plastic because it is generally considered a safe single-use plastic-bottle choice. It’s easy fill, ship, and distribute than glass. Plastic also used less energy to be recycled than glass.
